About Vaneshka Wilson
As a first-generation child of Haitian Immigrants, Vaneskha knows firsthand what it means to her clients to come to and stay in the United States. For this reason, even after years of experience as a Criminal Defense attorney in New York, she focuses entirely on Immigration. Her passion is to help her clients pursue the American Dream.
Vaneskha received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY, in 2005 and her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg, PA, in 2008.
After law school, Vaneskha worked as a Criminal Defense attorney for The Legal Aid Society in Manhattan for several years. She fought tirelessly for her client’s rights in the New York Criminal Courts by zealously advocating for them in court, performing legal research and writing, conducting tough negotiations with the district attorney’s office, and representing them at trial.
Vaneskha draws on her criminal defense experience to fight for her clients facing deportation, and she uses her legal research and writing skills to submit strong and deserving Immigration applications to the government.
